This Privacy Policy explains how Texyazılım ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the StreakBee mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

• Account data: when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email, we receive your display name, email address, and a unique identifier from the auth provider.
• Tracker content: habit and quit tracker names, emojis, colors, check-in dates, and optional notes you create in the App.
• Support correspondence: if you contact us at texyazilim@gmail.com, we keep the message and your reply address.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Device data: device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version, crash diagnostics.
• Usage data: anonymous events such as screen views, feature usage, retention metrics.
• Advertising identifiers: when ads are shown, the AdMob SDK may receive your device's ad identifier (AAID/IDFA) consistent with platform settings.

1.3 Local storage

StreakBee uses on-device storage (Hive) to keep your trackers and check-ins available offline. This data stays on your device unless you choose to sign in and sync.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Sync your trackers across devices when you are signed in.
• Diagnose crashes and prevent abuse.
• Process in-app purchases through Apple App Store / Google Play.
• Show advertising to users on the free tier.
• Respond to support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following providers; each has its own privacy policy:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, App Check, Hosting.
• Google AdMob — banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — in-app subscriptions and purchases.

4. Advertising

Free-tier users see ads served by Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier where permitted by local law. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Premium subscribers do not see ads.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

StreakBee Pro is offered as Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. All payment processing occurs through Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account.

6. Data Retention

Account and sync data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing texyazilim@gmail.com. On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us at texyazilim@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you and the relevant authorities of any breach as required by law.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (including the United States and European Union) where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in-app.
