Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StreakBee mobile application (the "App") provided by Texyazılım ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using StreakBee, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. Account & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at texyazilim@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Plans: Monthly Pro, Yearly Pro (with optional 7-day free trial), and Lifetime.
• Billing: All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Free trial: Where offered, your subscription begins after the trial ends and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Refunds: Refunds are governed by the applicable app store's policies. We are unable to issue direct refunds.
• Price changes: We may change prices for new purchases; existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

5. Advertising

The free tier of the App is supported by advertising. By using the free tier, you agree to view ads served through Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of trackers, notes, and other content you create ("User Content"). By using the sync feature, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely to operate the App for you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law.
• Use the App to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, ads, or technical restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, designs, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Texyazılım and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set out in these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. StreakBee is a productivity tool, not a medical, mental health, or addiction-recovery service. Information presented in the App is not professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texyazılım shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability) will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
